Dr. Jennings received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Virginia, his M.S. in biology from the University of Richmond and served his psychiatric residency at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Jennings is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the VCU School of Medicine. He is past president of the Psychiatric Society of Virginia and the Richmond Psychiatric Society.
