Consultative PsychiatristDr. Leibovici received his medical degree in 1980 at the Universitatea De Medicina Si Farmaci ‘Carol Davila’ and completed a residency at the U of R 1984-1986 and a Fellowship at Strong Memorial Hospital 1986 – 1988. He was Board Certified in Psychiatry and Neurology in 1987 by the (ABPN) American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr. Leibovici has most recently service as the Chief of Psychiatry for Rochester Regional Health and is a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Dr. Leibovici is a seasoned presenter of both national and international symposiums and has authored multiple journal articles and book chapters.

AssociationsDr. Gardy is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and currently serves as the Medical Director for Child and Youth Services and PROS at Rochester Regional Health. Dr. Gardy is a Clinical Associate Professor and faculty member at the University of Rochester Medical School with significant experience in teaching medical students and psychiatric residents as well as allied medical staff. Dr. Gardy has considerable experience in community and hospital-based treatment with a specific focus on community re-integration and wellness in the persistently mentally ill and chemically dependent population.
