Dr. Hartman is Medical Director and Chief Executive Officer of Philmont Guidance Center. He is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Hartman has been at the forefront of the use of NeuroStar Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Therapy, opening Tri-County TMS back in 2009 and providing hope for many patients with treatment resistant Major Depression.

Dr. Hartman has experience in managing patients in all levels of care, having been the Director of Child and Adolescent Services at The Horsham Clinic, the Medical Director of The Bridge (a drug and alcohol treatment center for adolescents) and Medical Director of Wordsworth Human Services. He continues to be a consulting psychiatrist at Holy Redeemer Hospital. He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD and pediatric mood disorders including Pediatric Bipolar Disorder.
